Compare five Weston, FL movers on pricing, storage, gatehouse prep and credentials, plus what to confirm before you book.
Moving in Weston usually means working around a gatehouse. Many neighborhoods require vendors to be registered in advance, keep set access windows, and ask for proof of insurance before a truck is allowed through. A mover that plans for those rules saves you hours on moving day.
This guide lists five moving companies that serve Weston, starting with our top pick. Each entry covers what the company offers, how it prices, and what to confirm before you book.
How we chose these Weston movers
We reviewed each company's own service and pricing pages, licensing details, and review-platform profiles, accessed October 26, 2026. Every company on this list states that it serves Weston or Broward County. We did not book moves or inspect facilities.
We compared four things: whether the company names Weston in its service area, how clearly it explains pricing, what storage and packing it offers, and how it handles building and community access. Ratings are snapshots from the platforms named and will change over time.
1. Online Movers & Storage

Pricing: Two movers with a truck cost $109 an hour, and three movers with a truck cost $159 an hour. The page states there is no fuel or mileage fee within the city.
Credentials: The company states that customer items are fully insured.
Before you book: Ask what the listed first-three-hour totals include, since they are higher than three times the hourly rate. On an hourly job, taking time to prepare your home before the crew arrives can also cut the hours you pay for.
Conclusion
Our top pick is the strongest all-round choice for Weston, especially in gated communities, thanks to its gatehouse preparation, in-house crews, and clear hourly and flat-rate pricing. Good Greek suits households that want a large operator, C & C Moving suits fragile and specialty items, Solomon & Sons suits long-distance and international moves, and Red Jacket suits smaller moves on a set hourly budget.
Whichever company you shortlist, send each one the same inventory, access rules, and dates, then compare the written estimates side by side.
FAQ
How much do movers in Weston cost?
It depends on the size of the move, the distance, and the services you add. Among the companies above, published hourly rates for two movers and a truck range from $109 to $230, and several companies quote only after an estimate. Always compare what each rate includes.
Do Weston communities require movers to register in advance?
Many gated communities do. Ask your HOA or property manager for its vendor rules, access hours, and insurance requirements, then share them with your mover when you book.
What licenses should a Florida mover have?
Movers handling moves within Florida must be registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Interstate movers also need a USDOT number with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Ask for both numbers and check them before you sign.
